RN, Founder/CEO

Shanna has been a nurse since 2006, starting her career in the high-intensity world of Neonatal Intensive Care. After welcoming her first baby, Aria, in 2018, she discovered a passion for wellness nursing and aesthetics—because beauty and health should go hand in hand. In 2023, she took the leap, forming her PLLC and diving into specialized training. Since then, she’s been bringing her expertise directly to clients through mobile services while building her dream brick-and-mortar space.

Beyond her career, Shanna is married to her best friend, Mario, and together they have a beautiful family: Aria (6), Enzo (1), and two amazing bonus kids, Roman (26) and Mia (23). Whether she’s perfecting a beauty treatment or enjoying family time, she’s all about balance—helping others feel their best while cherishing the moments that matter most.

As the Medspa Concierge at Shay Addari Beauty Lab, Baylee is committed to delivering an exceptional and personalized experience for every client. Growing up in San Antonio, Baylee has always understood the importance of self-care and its impact on overall well-being. She takes a proactive approach to her own wellness, embracing a balanced lifestyle that includes fitness and a variety of rejuvenating wellness treatments. This dedication to her personal health not only fuels her passion for the aesthetic industry but also inspires her to guide others on their own beauty and wellness journeys. Baylee is a proud dog mom who loves spending time with her family and capturing life’s moments through taking photos and vlogging.
